This ambitious and rapidly growing specialist M&E contractor is looking for an IT & Transformation Lead to do exactly that. This isn’t a back-office role - you’ll be at the heart of change, helping the business evolve, driving digital strategy, and making sure technology and processes deliver real impact.
You will work across the organisation, supporting stakeholders, championing adoption, and turning vision into practical, usable solutions. From optimising IT infrastructure and cybersecurity to leading change programmes, your role blends strategy with hands-on delivery. You’ll be the guide for early adopters, testers, and super-users, helping them embrace new ways of working confidently.
What you’ll be doing
Developing and delivering the digital transformation strategy
Leading company-wide change initiatives across systems, processes, and culture
Supporting the IT team to optimise infrastructure, security, and digital tools
Collaborating with teams to identify opportunities for innovation
Driving adoption of new technologies through training, support, and engagement
What you’ll bring
Proven experience in IT and business transformation, ideally in a complex organisation
Strategic thinker who can translate vision into actionable plans
Deep understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and digital tools
Experience in change management and process improvement
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Collaborative, trustworthy, and innovative
