Charles Hailey

​Charles is a Senior Account Manager working exclusively with people employed in support functions within the Construction sector, or as he likes to call them, "The Unsung Heroes of Construction".

He works very closely with clients to understand the type of people they need to power their business, and on the flip side, with candidates to understand everything about their situation in order to deliver the best opportunities. No shoe-horning people in to unsuitable roles here.

Football (playing, coaching and watching), country music, his better half and Stella (his miniature Cavapoo) take up the majority of his spare time.
