A multi-disciplinary Construction Consultancy, based in Central London, are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their team.
The successful Senior Project Manager will be joining a strong, close knit team who work in a variety of sectors, but with an emphasis on Commercial, Residential and Hotels
About the role:
The successful Senior Project Manager will take on responsibility for numerous projects and work closely with the project teams throughout delivery. This will initially be on Commercial and Residential projects but with a strong pipeline, there is potential to diversify.
The role would ideally suit someone with a proven track record in similar sectors of industry.
The role will vary from bespoke one off projects and account managing for a long term, high profile clients.
The successful Senior Project Manager will have every opportunity to progress to a more senior role within the company.
About the requirements:
- The successful Senior Project Manager needs to have extensive experience of managing a range of projects, preferably in multiple sectors.
- 5-10 years experience.
- Capable of managing very demanding clients.
- A balance of working on new build and refurbishment would be ideal.
- Exceptional client facing skills are prerequisite
