A well-established main contractor specialising in commercial projects across London a strong order book, and they’re looking for a Senior M&E QS and an M&E QS to join their commercial department based in Central London.
Project values range up to £40m and, whilst the role will be site based, occasional visits to these sites are required.
You will report into the Commercial Director, take ownership of key packages, manage cost reporting, subcontract procurement, variations, and all the usual commercial responsibilities - but in a business that’s busy, stable, and investing in its team.
This suits someone who knows their way around M&E packages, enjoys site-based project life, and wants to be part of a contractor that’s winning work - not chasing it.
Salary up to £100k (depending on experience) + travel expenses, matched pension, 28+8 days holiday, private healthcare.
