Mechanically Biased M&E Quantity Surveyor | £80,000 + package | Hertfordshire | M&E | Permanent
We are working with a well-established M&E contractor looking to appoint a mechanically biased Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial delivery of a range of CAT A and CAT B fit-out projects across Central London.
This is a business that has built a strong reputation through repeat business and long-term client relationships, offering the opportunity to work on high-quality commercial projects without the bureaucracy often found in larger organisations.
You will take responsibility for the commercial management of projects from procurement through to final account, working closely with the operational team to ensure schemes are delivered profitably while maintaining strong relationships with clients and subcontractors.
The role is based from their Hertfordshire office, although the business operates a genuinely flexible approach to hybrid working. Whether that's working from home when appropriate or balancing your time between the office and site, they trust their people to manage their workload rather than watching the clock.
We're looking to speak with Quantity Surveyors who have a strong mechanical background within the M&E sector and experience delivering commercial fit-out projects.
