Ricki has had a few niches across his recruitment career but he finally landed on Commercial and Pre Construction professionals within main contracting, which he has specialized in as s Senior Account Manager over the past 5 years.

He has a broad range of people in his network, but where he can really add value to contractors of all shapes and sizes, is through finding high quality surveyors, bid writers / coordinators / managers, estimators and planners to help them tender, secure and manage (financially) the safe delivery of projects.

Having had 2 kids in 2 years, outside of work Ricki has no life!
